These terms apply when you order from TrackMade. Please also read our shipping & returns and privacy policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order.

How your order works

• We email you a 3D preview of your model within 2 business days. You can ask for changes to the crop, stops and lettering for free.
• If you don't reply within 3 days of us sending the preview, we treat it as approved and start making it.
• Until you approve, you can cancel for a full refund.

About your model

• Terrain comes from public satellite elevation data. Heights are stretched so the landscape reads clearly, so slopes look steeper than in real life.
• Each model is made in fine layers. Small layer lines and slight variations in colour are a normal part of the finish and are not faults.
• Models are decorative. They're not for navigation.
• Display indoors, out of direct sun and away from heat: the material can soften above about 55 °C.

Your track

You confirm you have the right to use the track and text you send us. You keep all rights to your track. We use it only to make your model.

Custom requests

A custom request is free and creates no obligation. We'll reply with a preview and a price, and you decide whether to order.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to remaking the model or refunding what you paid.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to your order.
